What makes our Pizza so good!
It’s really simple: tried-and-true traditional methods, fresh and tasty ingredients, and a whole lot of care and attention.
Light Traditional Bases
We make bases from scratch using traditional methods. Once mixed, our dough rests for 24 hours. This extended resting period allows our dough to rise with minimal yeast and no added raising agents. Light and thin, our bases are the perfect transport for our tasty toppings.
Super Secret Sauce
There’s not a lot we can tell you about our “Secret” sauce because, well, it’s a secret! What we can tell you is that it’s 99.1% tomato and contains no artificial flavours or colours. Our smooth, vibrant and tasty sauce adds the authentic Italian taste you want to a pizza!

The best ingredients is a crucial factor in creating the best-tasting pizza. We scrutinise everything we add to our pizza toppings, ensuring they are the very best quality. This allow us to create the mouth-watering, flavour-packed pizza for which we are famous.
